Hey SDVI>>> Why they mentioned audits in that PR, I have no clue. You don't need audits or the expense of audits to get current on pinksheets. You need an attorney letter vouching for what you have recently disclosed and to stay up on your filings. We have been down this audit road before and it didn't end well.
