If this goes to no bid and nobody buys the .0001, this is a cooked goose without a reverse split to sell into. In a reverse split knowing the company just disclosed needing 4.5 billion, they would likely sell it down to .0001 again until no one will buy the garbage being PR'ed. If after a year the company is this upside down and the CEO can't bring revenue to the table after recently adding 500 million to the float, I see no reason to believe anything will change.
