Look at it from this way. Dalton and the U of W is where Opsis was. Hochberg was at U of W. Dalton is or was working with Prather who works at U of D. Lightwave is based in Deleware and now we are working with Prather. Hochberg relocates to U of D and so does Opsis. Prather must be pretty good at what he does and same goes for U of D optics.
