If Mangos deal is off and if Mangoes current owners are not selling, it is simply a matter of issuing a press announcement. Why is that not being done by the original owners?

They may be revamping the website because the deal is decided and BTHR definitely wants to carry on. They have aleady stated they will upgrade the place and be better than the competition.

We are not privy to what is going on behind the scenes i.e. whether there are some kind of modified deals or trade-offs, etc. And these days, the lawyers keep a tight leash on the Owners on when they can open their mouths.

This is not buying a house. It is buying business and the land. And there are always legacy issues.

I will wait and see the press announcement. You may be correct or may be wrong. 50:50.
