My point is why would Mangos bother to clear their name in these cases? They aren't for huge claims. They are putting the time and money into clearing their name, which means they most likely are not selling anything. Settling would probably cost less than the lawyer fees to drag this out.
They also put time and money into a revamped website and image. Are we going to see a revamped menu and interior as well now and then keep pushing the notion that they did all this to sell?
The whole Mangos deal is a scam, not unlike any of the past scams these clowns have had. I'm willing to bet that the Mangos owner's son has something to do with this. He's already dragged his dad into other fraudulent business before.
