yeah, starting to get the feel that VRNG's appeal of that decimal point and new trial on past damages is also an open door for GOOG to appeal any RR, because how can any RR be accurately determined if even the plaintiff is questioning the jury's damages recc?? hard for me to not believe that this incongruity will not be pushed to the limits by GOOG in an appeal, and I don't know how the court WILL resolve the incongruity (or if they need to??) without granting VRNG a new one day trial on past damages. And most legal minds on this board don't think that is a high probability....... seems ugly to me..
