Well, the judge will still get to make that call one day. Personally, I don't think a RR% of 7% would get reversed on appeal. GOOG would definitely take it up on appeal, but they're going to take up a RR% of 5%. Whatever Jackson awards on the RR is going up on appeal one way or the other. Bank on it!
