So what does IDOI have left, Uncle Milty?

1. A Board of Directors totaling two (2) members! That is US corporate democracy at its best, right?
2. A leased office space in the prestigious address of 17 State Street on the Isle of Manhattan; most probably a mail drop.
3. One (1) corporate officer who seems to be in Boca Raton, Florida.
4. A very few thousand authorized shares to peddle.
5. Huge accumulated debt on its financial books.

But that was enough for a solid PAINTING OF THE TAPE today, eh.

IDOI is a joke stock. All IMHO.
