I guess we are just a tad bit slow down here in the sunny USA.

The proper accounting for GOODWILL now appears to have been made this month by IDOI. The IDOI goodwill has been totally impaired and is no longer carried on the books with any value. The once major IDOI fake intangible asset has been reduced to nothing/zero/nada.

They have closed their "plant" measuring some 340 meters in Eretz Yisroel and terminated all employees. Makes sense; they haven't produced much lately, so why keep paying on an unused lease.

The IDOI financials are a disaster as the accumulated deficit climbs near 50million bux; probably worth more dead than alive as a shell for sale with potential write-offs on the books!

As I skimmed it, both directors (there are only two of them) on a combined basis hold IDOI stock worth somewhere below $500; now that is a weak endorsement if there ever was one!

Well, IDOI is once again a fully-reporting listing ship headed to the bottom of the sea with no product finding any market. All IMHO.
