Total 104,810,254 number of shares proxies were received,

Does this mean that the number of proxies received only represent 104,810,254 shares? So, they probably received about two proxies? How else could the percentages be so high? Then again, it could be another one of those typos of someone who believes they can write in English while they speak in Chinese.
