HERE WE GO.......I SENT A QUICK EMAIL TO DOUG AND HE WAS DECENT ENOUGH TO REPLY TO ME AND MY FRIENDS AND I ASSUME WHOEVER READS THIS BOARD. JUST AS I SUSPECTED--DELAY RELATED TO PREVIOUS FILINGS BY FORMER AUDITORS. THIS SEEMS LIKE GOOD NEWS AND IS NOT ANY FAULT OF WANG. I LOVE THE PART ABOUT THE PRESS RELEASE--FINALLY.

In my opinion this information seems positive; does not put any blame on Wang or Rotenberg; and it should move the PPS up once again in anticipation of the Press Release due next week.

There are still a few hangovers from the transition from Parker Randall to Rotenberg. It looks like a few Q's need to be restated first. Nothing in my opinion that is material, just some changes Rotenberg requires of past work from PR. Wang should have a press release out Monday or Tuesday to provide an update.
