I am not looking for cover announcement, I think they only would announce that if it was a huge name. That is why they did not waste there time or money on Sheffield announcement. I do agree, that if ipru was truly junk, they probably would not have filed either on time. Because the 10k showed like the company was dying. They need merger so we can see the true results.
