All of this makes me wonder what IIROC, SEC, OSC, BCSC and IMET are doing ...They have to have the information at hand, they must have an idea or made some investigation of Barrick Gold Corp in regards to Pascua Lama.
They can't stay quiet much longer with info being filed, been sent, calls being made...can and will they do like they did with Bernie Madoff.
Will it end up in front of the US Senate like Markopolos did spelling it out for them, and pointing the finger.
Instead it will be Jorge Lopehandia sitting there telling them of the 20 years of fraud that they have allowed to continue under their watch !!
It doesn't appear that SEC has learned anything ...will they CHARGE someone this time around or do like they did before ...let them RESIGN as shareholder, banks, investments firms fall PREY !!!
