My conclusions after looking at all the information.

I have spoken with and e-mailed a number of people over the past week. These people know more about the workings of industry and also LWLG than most. Gathering all the facts makes me come to the realization that there is not much we can do but wait for the inevitable buyout coming in the next 12-18 months. LWLG has now become a CD maturing in 18 months with an unknown price tag.

1) The LSS is putting us in the deep freeze thru NDA agreements that precludes Tom from mentioning their name. The reasons are they want the PPS to remain low as to prevent a spike up and they will try to get us cheaply. They will not buy a minority stake (I guessed wrong on this) because we are too small for them. They also do not want their name getting out to other large LSS and a bidding war would erupt at a much higher price.

2) We are not going to build out as management can leave here financially secure for life. Who wants to work and travel when you can cash in and plan your own future.

3)There is going to be a lot more exasperation at the price stagnates but it will move higher and that is a given.

I am getting tired of checking for info every day and making calls and putting out e-mails. I have another fish to fry with two of the poster here and we need that company to get into gear.

LWLG will be bought out 100% IMO. Just a matter of what management and stockholders settle for. As one friend pointed out,he will be investing a portion of his profits in the acquirer. That is a very smart move.

Curious as to what very large shareholders think is a reasonable price for Lightwave. The key for current shareholders is how much patience you will have in the next 12 months. I will be moving on now and post sparingly. X is an egotist but he has it right here and I do value his info. Our key will be to have the top brass in place when ***** wants to set a price. Associate 5 letters with the LSS.

GLTA- The road will be bumpy but we are golden.
