1.Is it acceptable for a COB to make accusations that you know aren't true... which pretty much tells you (the owner)...that one requirement for libel is met... and then not give the victims an ability to respond?

>>That "who" knows isn't true? As Bob is famous for saying "Only a judge can prove what is true and isn't" Not my job, Lisa. Gets kind of touchy when it gets personal doesn't it? That's the issue that is up in air right now, specifically with stocks. Who's to say what is true and false?


2. Should members be allowed to FACTUALLY question people touting a stock picking service about their picks?
