Let me be point blank:

1.Is it acceptable for a COB to make accusations that you know aren't true... which pretty much tells you (the owner)...that one requirement for libel is met... and then not give the victims an ability to respond?

2. Should members be allowed to FACTUALLY question people touting a stock picking service about their picks?

By the way, your characterization of what happened isnt factually correct as for one thing I WAS THE VICTIM..NOT THE INSTIGATOR AND WAS MAKING NONE OF THOSE POSTS TO HER ... AND YOU KNEW THAT STATEMENTS OF FACT MADE BY JENNA WERE FALSE...
but gosh..people that didnt witness what happened AS IT WAS HAPPENING might believe Jenna's nonsense because all that have to go on is Jenna's spin and your characterization. One would have had to see her in action to realize how off the wall she really was....or I guess they could go look at the numerous header changes on Silicon Investor to see her melt down
