You threw the same error four times just before it shut down:

Warning 4/12/2013 9:03:13 AM Kernel-Processor-Power 37 (7)

This person had the same error and disabling Speedstep in the bios stopped the error. Read about it here:

The computer manufacturer should be able to tell you how to edit your bios if you want to try this. I would not try this myself without direction from the computer manufacturer as screwing around blindly with the bios can cause problems.
