No, GIMU is worth about $2,500 - $4,000 in total in its current "shelf company" status. There is an oversupply of these Wyoming "corporate bodies." Also, GIMU has an UNLIMITED AUTHORIZED SHARE COUNT currently which leaves alot to be desired.

Here, check out some of GIMU's competition of aged Wyoming "shelf corporations." GIMU has a tad more value because it has "seasoned" on the shelf for a bit longer. The 2012 Wyoming "aged shelf companies" ranged from $1,005 - $1,813. http://www.companiesinc.com/corporation/aged
