You are missing the picture here big time, anybody can mine pascua in a responsible manner to the environment, however, when some company lies about ownership for many many years hoping to acquire the titles to mine it and fails time after time, then is taken to court in Chile to be crusified at law to the world, one would then think an exit strategy for that company, in this case abx, is to neglect the environment, take the fine, and walk away, but I dont see it happening like this, I believe JL has the goods and barrick will be accountable sooner then later at law in Chile then Canada perhaps
