Plausibility that the 100,000,000 restricted shares play a part???
I don't know and invite a trading pro to enlighten me...how plausible is it that a large part of the mess that has been pretty consistent since Bio settled the lawsuit and 100,000,000 shares were issued to the plaintiff, might play a part? Could it be that dude issued the shares is playing a game of cat & mouse with them for the purpose of A.) making a bit of money immediately on them and B.) just to tick Koos off.

Also, insider manipulation by the FDA...not! Not that that is not possible. Just not likely in the case of the shallow pockets that are BMSN. A larger pharma outfit, not out of the question. But in this case, no.
