NO They have already tried that and been burned very badly, more than once I might add. What I mean is they have to take control, finding a dozen brokers around the world to start placing the stock. They need investors that are prepared to go long and grow with the company Not hard to do when you have the asset base this company has along with it"s future growth potential. They need a savvy INVESTOR RELATIONS GUY, and they do not have that and as good as Ronald is, it is not him.
