Yes, this is the first time I have ever heard of people not getting their shares within a timely manner. ECDC is already under preliminary criminal investigation, so I advise you contact authorities as well to bring this to their attention. This is nothing more than 'another' nail in the coffin for ECDC. Kaye's days are numbered as a free man.
