Since when has DatatechDowns ever been "on schedule" with anything? Shareholders are still waiting on the October 12th letter they were promised explaining the mythical dividend of up to 1.00 per share which would distribute 100% of the proceeds of the mythical "41.5 million dollar sale" of the "HLS division".

They are also still waiting for the mythical 5 million share buyback which was meant to take place up to the day of the mythical "ex-dividend date". lol

Well, at least Downs has been entertaining. The problem is that many have bought very expensive tickets for the Downs show. Front and center tickets to the Rolling Stones would have cost much less and been a far more enjoyable experience.
