Just checking this out. Listened to the CC. Didn't hear anyone ask what the share structure is, anyone have a current share structure? how about the transfer agents name, neither are at otcmarkets? How about where funding will come from? Seems like lots of obvious important questions were forgotten. On one hand Danny says $200MM in sales by 2014-15 yet at the same time when asked if financials would be out within a year he says that might be a bit aggressive, seems kind of contradicting, a company with millions of dollars in sales should have no problem getting some filings out, plus wallstreet investors wont touch this without them, let alone this is a pinksheet and not even on the OTCQB. Clearly Danny is the sales guy, so one should take his pitch with a grain of salt. Yes, Danny has a great resume, no doubt about that!!! Still, where is the money coming from to run the company? Why didn't Danny take his company all the way by himself if he is so good, seems to me he needed money to do it, and without filings no one will get to see behind the curtain to know what is really going on.
