Well I don't want it to happen but I think Drago is about done with CLYW.
If he files anything it would surprise me.

As I think he would be saying , why waste anymore time and money on this.
The courts seems to be on the other side.

Then again he does have deep pockets and could say ,
I'm not letting TM or any other carrier get away with this BS.
