As I've said several times, it's not just doing the promo that is bad (or good -- tho often the PPS does get driven out at the start of any run) but WHICH promoter and how. The one Koos/ BMSN used, stockrunway, told the subscribers to sell if it fell below .005, only stay in if it was heading upto .008 first thing (from around .006). Pitched it specifically as an in/out day trade which if it didn't take off fast and high, dump it. There were other lesser promoters as well (like D-list if stockrunway is B-C list) that I never heard of. They couldn't offset the damage obviously.

NOT that the dumping was all this promoter's doing: there were also at least 1-2 big whales dumping, then shorts and a panic-reaction. And the MM's.

On top of confusion from the just previous "news" in late March, which was accompanied by huge dilutions driving down the price.
Partly to enable Southridge to buy up cheap shares.

This was actually counter-productive to the company being taken seriously on the "good news" it had just put out re: sticking to its own timelines and schedules so far and being on track for the future.

Sometimes a promo can alert newbies to a stock but for god's sake don't pick one like THIS. Usually with an upbeat promo even if the stock goes down at first it recovers fairly quickly for the profits.

However I think this downward slide is done -- huge Bids on .0033 end of day though the damned MM's did keep putting tiny Asks in at or below Bids to keep price down. Can't keep the balloon from flying indefinitely. Anyone who sold today was premature.

It's generally considered significant that a stock hits its low early and then rises, vs. getting lower-lower to end lowest EOD.

However I know selling is tempting just to say shove it to Koos & Co for screwing over the regular shareholders, but by most accounts he had no choice but to dilute, the promo that he thought might offset it was just bungled badly.
