yes, nothing has changed with him. I can only second your experience. Unfortunately, the same goes with the company but since they clearly stated to try to sign the merger in 2005, a few weeks more isn´t to much to ask for the condidtions. If they are really able to finish the paperwork in such a short time, I will even wait a bit longer for sales, lol
