Don Carlson some years back had sent me his 'magic' formula that solves for Buy/Sell settings based on the price move desired.
Price Move is from PC Price (Portfolio Control / # Shares).
BTW: Every transaction changes the PC Price, so the price move will be from the new PC Price.
How you split the total setting between Safe and Minimum is up to you.
The 10% combinations are 11.11% Buy and 9.09% Sell (very close to a 20% total spread).
Here are the settings from 5% to 25%...
