MEACH...GREAT POST!

Meach2's posts are right on the mark. Meach, your final point about FDA wanting more information is a GREAT THING.

Speaking as a 20 year business owner...When you submit a massive proposal to a new prospect 2 things happen.

1. They do not ask any questions or ask for further clarification. This means YOU LOSE...you are OUT of the running.

2. They come back with questions and want further clarification on your proposal...you are IN THE GAME and have a excellent chance of WINNING.

This situation is playing out right in front of us. This is great news and FDA approval IS GOING TO HAPPEN BUT BMSN has to answer the additional questions and give further clarification.

Thanks for your great posts Meach!! Here is the Meach post I am referring to:

MY THOUGHTS AGAIN ON BMSN

Yep. I'd rather wait for BMSN to become a smoldering pile of ash and bankruptcy before I sell at around a 40% loss. That being said, BMSN makes me want to puke. The way this stock behaves is atrocious. Nonetheless, Disappointed, but always watching and waiting with patience, BMSN LONG AND NOT STRONG BUT FILLED WITH HATE. Still ain't gonna sell though :)

It'll go up at some point. Whatever. Don't care what its at now. Guess i'm holding for a year? Maybe til 2015 like their exit suggests, and i'll probably make over 10000% on this investment. So whatever. Or it fails, and I lose it, but the potential return is worth the loss.

MEH. BMSN

EDIT: Current prices are definitely not indicative of potential value of this stock. Its a 2 year play. Not a short term play. Put money in you don't need to survive and hold it. It may buy you the house mortgage free that you want.

Nonetheless, could lose some cash too. Big potential.

EDIT 2: (since i only get one post)

Logically speaking, BMSN has stated they are communicating and amending their clinical procedure for PHASE 1 clinical trials with fda....

FDA did not reject it outright...

Basically, logically speaking, doesnt that mean they are saying "Its approved as long as you comply with this this and this, change that, resubmit, and go ahead"?
