MERGER QUESTION??

When the information came out about a possible merger between BMSN and ENTB a lot of investors thought that when that happened ENTB pps would rise immediately to match the pps of BMSN.

At that time BMSN was over a penny and ENTB was around half a penny.

Noticing that VNDM is back in the game lowering the BMSN PPS to what appears to be about the same as ENTB....

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT KOOS IS MANIPULATING THE PPS OF BMSN DOWN SO THAT WHEN THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE MERGER COMES OUT ENTB INVESTORS WILL NOT GET ANY BENEFIT OF JUMPING UP TO THE CURRENT BMSN PPS??

COULD THIS BE THE REASON FOR THE DOWNWARD TREND OF BMSN??
