Our BiB was likely delivered to Fort Benning as well:

STMPAS has been tested by GTRI
and the Army at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and will fly in the Aerostat Limited Objective Experiment
(LOE) at Fort Benning, Georgia in May 2012.

Seems like these experiments often happen at Fort Benning:

Limited Objective Experiments
Experimenters conduct limited objective experiments to examine specific characteristics that may pertain to a piece of equipment; new Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs); emerging concepts and doctrine; or revised organizational structure.

Using nearby ranges at Fort Benning, Omega can execute limited operational scenarios focused on gathering quantitative and qualitative data analysts use to answer questions about those characteristics. Our experimenters bring military subject matter and MANPRINT expertise, psychology, and operations research knowledge to each and every experiment.

These experiments encompass a broad range of subjects, including the Lightweight Thermal Weapon Sight (LTWS). Prior to its formal Army evaluation, we conducted a limited objective experiment on the LTWS to document its durability.
