I remember there was a class action against debeers. They settled it with a large amount. Trying to remember was it 500 million? I am not sure the amount. The class action was asking people to sign up if you bought a diamond from X date to X date. Then something happened where some party was not happy and they sued the class action to freeze funds until dispute is settled.

That is the last I heard of it. Just wondering if anyone else heard anything.
