100 million shares are not high in penny world. If you find a good penny stock that has less than that either is getting ready to dilute shares, a buyback occurred, or a r/s already occurred. Either way you can not say a r/s split will happen. First of all a court settlement just occurred where it released 100 million settlement which a r/s will effect that and if koos was to do that then I am sure he will be bracken something with the settlement and I do not think he would want anymore lawsuits right now. Also I do not think he is to concerned about the amount of shares he dilutes right now because he seems pretty confident that this drug will get orphan status and in 2 years from now when trials are completed he will not be concerned about the amount of o/s he has because of the cash he will be bringing in. He is focus on making sure he has the money for the trials.
