I think it's clearly all-day manipulation to keep the price down so some can buy cheap on these huge volumes. Like I noted before, there were times when the PPS was racing back to .0038/Bid .0037 when the MM's yanked it back down with small Bids @.0035. Much more than mere panic selling carrying over from Friday.
Whether or not there's collusion with insiders, no evidence -- good to know there was apparently no further dilution. Also factoring in was hiring 3rd-rate promoters who advised subscribers to ditch the stock if it didn't race up from .006 open to .008 resistance, that there would be "no support below .005." Some paid promoters to pick!
They expressly pitched it as a quick in and out day trade.
The stock would probably have done fine on its own based on the news.
