Bless your heart, no, it's a stone stone cold fact although I'm surprised that all EGOC "longs" don't recall this pronouncment from Raymond T Brown II on June 22 last year:

"The Form-10 is complete, so says the legal team. I have not seen it yet, as they are on second review. This is as it should be and on-time."

The crooks behind obvious scams like EGOC rely on the unending patience of their marks so that they can steal their money for year after year after year. They rely on confirmation bias, and they're never disappointed.

Incidentally, I see the TA is still gagged, and the stock is still the subject of a DTC Chill, both of which are yet more sure fire signs of a penny stock scam. I wonder if the A/S is maxed out yet?
