MrG, That was a good piece on the M Bros. It left out the part about the MBros assisinating Anwar Sadat. There were rumors that the MBros backed the muslim monsters that murdered and mutilated 58 tourists at Luxor in 1998. Morsi hs pardoned the man behind that atrocity.

And Obama gave them F 16s and tanks.

There is a lot of 20-20 hind sight in the piece. In the 1950s Muslim extremism wasn't on the horizon. Nassar's alliance with the USSR was very troubling. It shouldn't come as a surprise that Eisenhower hoped for Muslim support in the Cold War.

I don't think the wars in Bosnia and Kosovo were in America's national interest. However the Serbs were waging genocide against the Muslims of Kosovo and Bosnia.

Again, no surpirse that Clinton thought he could cozy up to Muslim militantsin the hope of helping their fellow Muslims in the former Yugoslavia. Little did he know they are capable of slaughtering thousands of their fellows.

IMO, any hope of an accomodation with Muslim fanatics died with 9-11 and the obvious mindless brutaslity of thev extremists.
