Krill oil and Flax seed oil..

Hypo...Though Krill oil is hyped as being superior top fish oil, because the Omegas are phosphorylated, I am very skeptical..On their website NEPT has feature a study of Krill oil's supposed effects on lipids. This study was published in the J. of Alternative Medicine..The results seem very impressive in terms of trig and LDL lowering, way better than fish oil.. Unfortunately, the published numbers are incompatible with the Friedewald equation that describes the correct relation between lipids...Also all errors in the numbers favor the arguement that Krill oil is better than fish oil, suggesting this is deliberate deception.

Flax oil is high in Omega3..alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA)...While flax seed oil is excellent for painting, ALA although an Omega3, is only important if it can be converted in humans into DHA or EPA..Women are capable of converting up to 15%, men are not able to convert any significant amount...So if you you use this as an Omega3 supplement, as many vegetarians do, you are kidding yourself...
