My mistake? or is this a legal premise for preferential treatment?

As an individual,
Can you substantiate a quality that you have established that would make you a superior human?
A citizen that should have preference above some lower denomination?

Perhaps you don't believe the Declaration of Independence should relate to the Constitution?
