Just a few thoughts on the timing: yesterdays PR gave us a longer timeline for FDA-Approval than expected. So we could at least anticipate a sell-Off initiated by flippers.
More important for understanding what is going on here is Koos statement, that BMSN plans to adress FDA questions in Q3. For me it is no doubt that any questions from FDA have to be processed very seriously and may even imply additional Lab works to do. So that is the point where additional dilution may be needed.
We have to accept that BMSNs work here is a tough research Job, not just a simple FDA-questionnaire to be filled out.
