Does anybody realize just how huge a 100,000 multi-living complex is? Let's see 100,000 x 100,000 = 10 billion dollars. It's huge no matter what the price of the units are. If you only figured 50,000/unit, It's still 5 billion.

Anybody know what this project might be and where?
