Purp, your post got me thinking. 200+ on the call live. I wonder how many were company reps... as in people who were simply curious about the technology ... or afraid or LWLG's development. So was Cisco listening in? What about AMD or Google or ... yeah, I think there were some of those folks, I am sure of it.

If it sells at a buck then it does ... I just believe that smart money will let it drop, whoever wants to sell today into the bid and will quietly go again about the business of accumulating. That's what I would do if I didn't already have my position.

I have always been fully persuaded, it doesn't matter how they present themselves on the call, it matters how they execute their plan ... coupled with the potential!

I really like the 4 pronged path to revenue. I think we get a Celestech deal soon. I think we get a grant soon. I like the fact that the company wasn't persuaded enough that an acquisition was the best long term solution just yet, not the opportunity presented back in the Fall. I think we develop the modulator with EM in it's stages presented. The fact that we can outsource the production and reap the rewards of our development fully in this field is HUGE. I think folk are totally, totally, totally discounting the potential here. Probably because we remember from the old days that this was the 'low hanging fruit' in the path to revenue. It still is, but the time to pick the fruit is 2014 and my oh my, the fruit may just be a LOT bigger and sweeter than we ever realized. It's as Leonberger said, going to be an enormous opportunity.

And once we get that first modulator ... then Tom can begin to spotlight the company. So anyone can fuss about IR and how we are 'just putting out PR's' but Tom clearly said, he has to have something in hand to show future investors. Do you not think he has been told this by the people that matter, those who will invest and can push this higher. Trotts, those who are INVESTORS? Hmmm, if I look a month out, the chart would look real nice with investors beginning to come in then. We are a month away (estimated), not far. With every development milestone (of which we have had many already in the last 6 months), we are building a business.

I loved the way Jim responded to the buyout question. I really, really see splits coming in to play in the future because we are building a business that will face enormous need in differing areas in fairly short order. Not to get to far ahead of ourselves today, but I can see where we might be in 3 years and I like it a whole lot! Those that invest today will too.

No one has mentioned this, but we are looking at another merger opportunity now according to Tom, (he quietly said this), so who are we looking at now? Let the speculation begin! The grant involves a whole new opportunity that we haven't even talked about yet. What are we proposing to develop that we haven't even talked about yet? Let the speculation begin. I remember clearly what Dr. Miller said from the ASM, the potential microelectronics company would represent a fantastic partnership ... the implication that we would benefit in more ways than one. It will just take time ... let it play out. How soon do we see next steps with them (any of which as reported could fully ignite the stock and set it on fire). Let the speculation begin. We have something special here. We are building a business and developing clarity of pursuit.

Speaking just of speculation ... here's one for you to chew one for a while. I noticed in the 10 K, that solar was mentioned a LOT again ... anyone else notice that? That in the scheme of things it was listed as being pursued ... our target markets ... it was listed as the number 4 behind

#1. Telecom/data communication
#2. Backplane Optical Interconnects
#3. Cloud Computing

It is listed freaking # 4! Photovoltaic cells. I smell it in my bones. Something must be going on here.

As an example, optical limiters is listed last on the list, and rightfully so, because Tom told us Perk NR was too fast and not long lived enough for the air force application tested ...

So why has this creeped up to number 4 in the 10 K? C'mon ... I thought you all would have asked that. But now we are told in yesterday's call that there is something totally new (an application for which we are pursuing a gov grant) and solar pops up as #4 in the target market. 1 + 1 = _______

Tom edited everything in this 10-K. No copy and paste here. I have been 'digesting' that a lot the last few days. I figured from Miller's comments at the ASM that the solar angle was dead and buried for a while. Has something been discovered here? You bet. Why? Why now? No one has asked why solar is listed so high. Has something happened in our testing to change that? I can't wait to hear what we are a finalist for with that gov. grant. I feel it in my bones friends ... something big too, they just aren't ready to talk about it quite yet.

Some of you may sell to one in the short term, I will hold and look to 10 and far beyond. The timing is just right, we are getting there and making serious progress.

Great call based on the content and direction, potential and future. No pie in the sky, just solid development, real focus and and incredible opportunity in front of us which we seem uniquely poised to capture. Can't wait to get the replay.

Good day longs,
