I think patience is fine and the CEO has done a lot of good things here, but news like this needs to be officially released. It's being treated as a non-event. This stock should already be approaching its 52 week high if the the CE was taken care of and this was released in a PR. I've seen other stocks soar on a lot less than this. We have no volume on huge news.
