Investigation or no, business continues as usual for the company/MIKP. The results of an assumed continuing investigation may or may not ever be known (per SEC/FINRA policy, the authorities/adjudicators are not required to state whether or not an investigation is concluded or ongoing). So, asking them (*sigh sec/finra/adjudicator) to ignore their own policy by requiring a 'no action' letter from them, (finra/sec/adjudicator), is most likely never going to happen. If anything, they'll give us all an "action" letter... otherwise, it's 'no comment' for the lot of us.
