There's no annual 2012 report for MIKP because MIKP is not required to file one while trading on the Grey Market. Grey Market companies are Non-reporting. Still, Grey Market companies have to follow FINRA/SEC rules and guidelines which knowledge comforts me. Marks' forward looking statements he made over the past six months will require him to make good on his word or provide a justifiable reason why he can't.

I believe Mark has prepared a 2012 annual report for MIKP since he's applying to FINRA for a 211, (the 211 application requires all reports for two years prior to current). We're just not privy to the report... yet. :)
