GBR: Very good questions again that need to be answered.

Many on this board have speculated as to why. The problem is that no one has ever gotten any true, honest, point blank final response to this question.

While I have NEVER attended any annual shareholder meetings for any 'publicly traded companies', my sister and I were discussing her attendance at some EXCELON annual meetings. While she NEVER asked any questions, she did describe some 'pressing' questions asked and the board responded not only to those questions but follow-up questions. Whether the responses were true, accurate, and complete she did not know BUT felt that the responses to the original questions and follow-up questions did in fact answer the questions completely.

SO, I don't know IF one can ask the Board at the public part of the annual meeting to respond to the question in plain English and in layman's terms "Why hasn't or doesn't Interdigital pursue Apple and/or Motorola (and now GOOGLE) why they (IDC) have not upgraded their license(s)?"

Olddog, my3sons, ghors, JimLur, or others -- Can we as shareholders ask that question and are we entitled to an answer that will put this topic to bed?

Curious minds want to know! And I will be the first to admit that I do not know the answer.
