As I shared before the open, they didnt say a thing until the 28th and then argue the 42 minutes, ON THE 28TH. Where was the update on the 14th update? Thats 6 days after the postponement. Stock will dump today, not only on NO MEETING Friday, but HORRIBLE filings. They pr'd to death knowing it would be brutal at the black and white date. Now its in Black and White and will be a BRUTAL SELLOFF. The filings are there to show if they are saying one thing, and performing another. Which shows they still continue to do. Finding all 4 Quarters to be down from the year before, will still provide one quarter better than the rest. For a positive that Q4 was their least worst, isnt saying much. Thats the biggest retail quarter of product purchases, typically. And its getting further and further away from years they were deemed to not be doing "good". So new penetration globally, ISNT NEW.

Typical BIEL fashion. Try to deter focus away from whats actually happening. Whether its believed to have come at the end of the day or at 3:18pm, thats still 42 minutes before the close. Even though it wasnt up at that point. But that's splitting hairs, so lets "say it was".

Now thats BIEL being forthcoming with their investors? It was the last update since the postponement, before Fridays 5th meeting. But there was also one in between. Forthcoming wouldnt have been 3 weeks later on the 28th. Forthcoming with investors would have been closer to the 8th, not 28th, anyway. Splitting the days hairs STILL isnt forthright, unless it was around the 8th, and clearly not missed in the update on the 14th? THAT WOULD BE FORTHRIGHT with investors no matter how you want to split that 42 minutes, almost 3 weeks later.

As stated the company reads these boards. I wonder if its them wanting credit for 42 minutes on Thursday and not 2 Thursdays before, which was 6 days after being informed.
