Yes I do. CEO retiring over half the O/S of his personal shares on May 13th. 2q out may 15th

low float of 65 million and trading very light. Any promo and this flys.

Good time to front load. Been buying as much under .01 as I can.

diverifing revs
Steady stream of income from merchant business
Villa that will collect 100K in rental for preferred shareholders hitting rental market for the summer at 8k per month

I think it's a great play.
