On December 13, 2012, the Company entered into the Ninth Amendment to the Master Lease Agreement, dated as of June 8, 2007, between the Company and Wal-Mart Stores , Inc., a Delaware Corporation, Among other items, this amendment provided that the Company delay lease payments due to Walmart on until April 10, 2013.
