Point well made, zsteve. However, SunnComm can not control what Halderman and Felten write about. They can only control what their MediaMax product does or doesn't do, and how they do or don't respond to the Halderman/Felten criticisms. If ANY of those criticisms are real, then SunnComm needs to fix the problem(s). While Halderman and Felten may (or may not) be biased in their analyses, there sure is a lot of smoke swirling around MediaMax right now, and I'm afraid there may actually be a little fire too.

The (very negative) Sony BMG story has been in every newspaper and on CNN, CNBC, and the evening news for two weeks. SunnComm had better be doing something to address the criticisms and accusations.... and doing it pretty soon.
