Nothing they are doing is currently a violation of federal law. MJNA only owns the intellectual property of its subsidiaries such as Dixie Elixirs and CanChew ect.
So its basically much less of a risk for all involved.
Also if MJ was taken away we would still be making a killing off of our CBD/HEMP products.
The THC infused Elixir Dixie makes is only accounting for a small portion of our current revenues and profits. Thus the "shut down" of THC infused products on a federal level wouldn't really hurt our company.
MJNA is set up in such a legally-safe manner yet no one seems to realize this .
